SOMATIC SORCERY: AWAKEN THE SENTIENT BODY

Have you ever been curious about how some people seem to move through the world with a natural and effortless grace?
How would you like to feel more comfortable in your body, or experience more wonder and connection through your body, whatever your shape, size or ability? Can you imagine even feeling in awe of your beautiful body?
Would you like to have greater perceptive awareness, to feel more immersed in all the sensory richness of life, and the deep relations between all beings? Have you ever wondered how to have more ease and flow in your life, your work or community?
Join me for eight weeks of guided body-based explorations, as you acquire skills to gain a clear felt sense of who you truly are - and what stories you are embodying, consciously or otherwise. You will learn how to work with and have agency over your movement and gestures to be more exquisitely adaptable with whatever life brings. Noticing how all of life is movement, and through bringing attention to it, the shapes and forms you make ripple outwards, touching and moving others, too.
With this greater awareness you will go forth, moving through the world, taking your place in the exquisite symphony of all things.
