Would you like to have greater perceptive awareness, to feel more immersed in all the sensory richness of life, and the deep relations between all beings? Have you ever been curious about how some people seem to move through the world with a natural and effortless grace, or wondered how to have more ease and flow in your life, your work or community?
In this ten week course, I'm sharing skills to gain a fuller felt sense of who you truly are and what stories you are embodying, consciously or otherwise. How to work with and have agency over your movement and gestures to be more exquisitely adaptable with whatever life brings.
