Hello,
I'm Red.
I'm an artist, working with bodies in both visual and therapeutic arts. My creative praxis combines deep somatic movement and trance work with ancient sorcerous technologies such as those found in the 2000 year old Greek Magical Papyri. I work with these embodied processes in and with wild nature places to facilitate visionary states which are recorded through poetic writings, and expressed in my highly detailed pencil drawings of gods and mythic beings.
I have developed ARTE SALON as a place to share all the ideas I'm working with - in bodywork, meditation, movement and ritual, as well as techniques for working with creative flow states, all enhanced by my research into mythology and magic.
May these offerings be helpful and supportive to all beings; bringing you into a truer sense of your self and your place in this gloriously entangled world, offering inspiration and guidance to help you be who you came here to be.
